Get started with V60 Switch.

Set up, step by step.

Do this once before your first brew. When you're ready, the matching brew guide takes over with a live, guided timer.

1. Boil the kettle Boil a little extra water so you can rinse the filter and warm the glass dripper.
2. Weigh 15g of coffee and grind it Use a medium grind. Grind finer if it finishes early, or coarser if it runs past 3:00.
3. Place the Switch securely on your server The glass gets hot, so keep the brewer on the server once you begin adding water.
4. Fold and place the V60 filter Fold along the sealed edge, open the paper into a cone and settle it into the dripper.
5. Open the switch and rinse the filter Press the switch until it sits flat, then wet the whole paper and warm the brewer.
6. Discard the rinse water and close the switch Empty the server, then lift the switch so the metal ball seals the brewer.
7. Add the coffee and level the bed Gently shake the dripper so the coffee sits flat.
8. Turn on the scale and tare it to 0g Make sure your scale is set to grams before you begin.
9. You’re all set! Press "Done" to start the timer. Keep the switch closed until 2:00 and aim to finish near 3:00.
