Get started with V60 NEO.

Set up, step by step.

Do this once before your first brew. When you're ready, the matching brew guide takes over with a live, guided timer.

1. Boil the kettle Boil a little extra water so you can rinse the filter and warm your server.
2. Weigh 15g of coffee and grind it Start with a medium-fine grind to balance the NEO's fast flow.
3. Check the removable base Make sure the silicone base is fitted securely before placing the dripper on your server.
4. Fold and place the V60 filter Fold along the sealed edge, open the paper into a cone and settle it into the dripper.
5. Rinse the filter Wet the whole paper to remove its papery taste and warm your server.
6. Discard the rinse water Place the dripper and empty server back on the scale when you are done.
7. Add the coffee and level the bed Gently shake the dripper so the coffee sits flat.
8. Turn on the scale and tare it to 0g Make sure your scale is set to grams before you begin.
9. You’re all set! Press "Done" to start. Aim to finish between 2:00 and 2:30. If it drains sooner, grind a little finer next time. If it runs later, grind a little coarser.
