Get started with OXO Rapid Brewer.

Set up, step by step.

Do this once before your first brew. When you're ready, the matching brew guide takes over with a live, guided timer.

1. Boil plenty of water You will use about 160g for extraction, then add twice the measured concentrate weight for dilution.
2. Weigh 20g of coffee and grind it Use a fine grind that is slightly coarser than espresso.
3. Separate the brewer parts Unscrew the pump and coffee basket from the water chamber.
4. Add the coffee to the basket Fill to the first line for a hot brew, then tamp firmly and evenly.
5. Attach the basket to the water chamber Use the alignment marks and screw the parts together securely.
6. Tare the empty carafe, then place the brewer Tare the empty carafe to 0g, set the assembled brewer on top and do not tare again.
7. Keep the pump and extra hot water nearby The timer will prompt you to secure the pump, then dilute the measured concentrate after pressing.
8. Leave the scale running without taring again After pumping, remove the brewer. The scale will then show only the concentrate weight.
9. You’re all set! Press "Done" to start the timer. Filtru will guide the steep, pump, measured concentrate and 1:2 dilution.
